So, I've been with o2 for just over 2 months now and that's the issues starting unfortunately 😞
When I first joined, I was getting excellent 4G, over 23mbps. Now, I barely get 2G and the speeds for data is around 0.3mbps.... big difference.
Calls and texts are dropping so I go onto the technical team guru's.
They confirmed to me that I'm on the borderline of coverage and when it's busy, I lose service and become ' back of the line' so to speak.... all for £46 per month!
Feeling really annoyed that this all starts way beyond my cooling off period.
Solved! Go to Solution.

@Anonymous You may want to complain. It could help you out of a useless contract http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
Not sure if TuGo would help http://www.o2.co.uk/apps/tu-go

Already been down that route and they are insisting it's just maintenance yet the guru's confirmed that it's definitely not set to improve.

Have you followed the complaints route or emailed the Complaints review team?

At home is absolutely shocking ; although it was fantastic when I first started the contract and all through the cooling off.
At work is a bit better but I hardly use the phone there understandably.
Out and about it just seem to be better but that's when I go into the town centre.

So it's gone down after a while? Have you tried a new SIM card

Yeah, had a new sim but no improvement. The tech guru could only put it down to more people coming onto o2 in the area and because I'm on the edge of the coverage I'm last priority?

Then your contract is not fit for purpose really. I would be emailing the CRS (address in my previous post).
