They both turn on o2 travel, so no difference?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Who knows - maybe they thought it was an improvement?

As long as they do what you want it doesn't matter.
No one will remember them so will always Google it anyways.

My phone is still not working gahhhh!

I tried texting travelon to 21300 to be told that i had already opted in to the o2 travel service and im being charged £1.99 each day etc.

I tried texting my partner and got the message to text for balance. When i did they said i either didnt have a bolt on or a bolt on such as O2 friends (which i dont have)

I cannot call or text, I do not like not being in touch with my family.

You can't pay for the travel service because you don't have any credit. It is taken daily from your balance.
I've told you what you need to do already so I've no idea why you're just going round in circles?
