A while ago now I remember receiving a text to say that logging on via The Cloud wifi was no longer free via O2 on pay monthly iphone contract. I always used to log on in a wetherespoons via the cloud
I noticed today in M & S they were advertising free wifi via The Cloud so I joined via my iphone.
confused now as to think will I be charged?

when the cloud was included you did not need to sign up for a cloud account you first time you used the service entered your mobile number ad it remembered you.
Now as the cloud has no access to the o2 database you need to sign up for a free cloud account and have to manually log in each time from the few places I have done it (still free)

You cannot be charged by O2 for wi-fi.

Thank you for that. I used it this morning and as you say you log in and out each time unlike before.
