The SIMS

I've picked up a Pay as you Go SIM at Tesco. inserted it and set up 'auto-top-up' with the credit card for £10 on it from MyO2.

But the portal is telling me I've got a 'big bundle' and threatening to take money monthly?

I'm confused, surely that's some 30 day contract which would cost £120 a year, I just want to Pay as I go.

Hi @Anonymous it is PAYG but needs topping up each month.. Info re Big Bundles here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

You may need Classic PAYG instead....https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/classic-pay-as-you-go

Thanks both. It's a second SIM as my phone has 2 slots and thought it might make for a good fall back if I don't have coverage on the other network.

A bit sligh how they get people on this.

I'll contact them and get on the Classic package. Cheers.

You can change it yourself to the classic PAYG if you go into your tariff details in your MyO2.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
