Hello and hope everyones good...
Well i was having some phone issues called up O2 and got put through to an agent his name i think is Zahid and he was really helpfull sorted out my problem just wanted to thank him and O2 ....

I was going 2 ask u guys but i thought let me call up O2 because there was a mast down in my area aswell
Thought it was a signal problem on my s5 but it wasnt
So they said its a mast
And they compensated me
Which made my day
This is why i love O2
They always try there very best 2 help u

You're very unlucky with mast problems but very lucky with compo - You must call up for me one day and see if you can get me some discount wink
