On a recent holiday to Thailand, the data side of things worked fine and I got the bolt on. However, anyone calling me from the Uk just got a single tone and then cut off. It didn’t go to voicemail either. Txt msg also didn’t work. 

Any help appreciated as to why calls didn’t work

Might be due to 4g calling restrictions.

If @jonsie is around, he might have a better idea.
