Just lately I've started to get a text Every time some one rings me to tell me I've missed a call while I was on the phone how can I stop this because I hate it if it's important enough I'm sure they will ring back later lol

Also I sent off a request to O2 to unlock my phone I got an email back stating to put a SIM card in from another network and to connect to iTunes to complete the unlock this was about a month ago and I still haven't done it yet will I still be able to do this or do I have to request it again not sure if there are time limits in which I had to do it for slight_smile

Try calling 1710 to switch off call alerts.

Hi.

Just pop in the alternative non O2 SIM card and try. If you have an iPhone 5 upwards you don't need to hook up to iTunes.

If it does not unlock then you'll have to re fill out the form.

Regarding missed calls this May be a setting within your phone.

If Not then ring O2 and ask them to check your account.

Do you have O2 voicemail turned on.

Not sure if this still works too.

Dial ##002#.

This is the short code to cancel all diverts, including Voicemail 901.

1710 is a toggle, ie call it once for on, call again for off.

1760 turns off voicemail completely.
