Hi. I've been charged over £5 for sending texts to 85222, 66 in total on 14 & 20 Dec, in one case 45 texts in 45 seconds. Can you help me stop these?

Is that a spam number then @MI5?  I only ask because the Op doesn't mention if they actually sent the texts or not?

An extract of the relevant advice from the link:
"If you are receiving premium rate spam from shortcodes then head over to the regulators site and lodge a complaint there, we have on these forums seen people get their money back from these scammers http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/"

I just searched for that number on Google and the first hit was a thread on here from 2013! No idea how to link it on to here?

I'd worked that bit out, but wasn't sure of the security issue of whether the link would be to my logged in page or not?

You are allowed to post a link if it is relevant to the issue and if it doesn't advertise anything or include personal info.  In this instance, you link would be helpful to the OP and other O2 members @Anonymous  slight_smile
