Texts to Ghana no longer being received

Anonymous
Not applicable

My daughter lives in Ghana and, till recently, I have had no trouble sending her and her husband texts.

Sunday before last, I sent three or four, to both of them, and none were received.  I did try Live Chat last Tue but got no help, though he did promise to refer it, saying I should hear within 48 hours.  Obviously, I've heard nothing.

I was less bothered before I saw the charges come through a day or two later, so I have now paid for texts that seem to have disappeared into thin air.

I would imagine it's the network in Ghana that has the problem especially as they seem to be clearing the O2 network ok.

I can only suggest you try and speak to them.

I don't know which network has the problem or what they are clearing, that's why I need someone from O2 to check it out.

O2 don't respond here, it's mainly a customer forum.

You would have to contact the networks directly.

That would be good, but I can't find an email.

O2 only seem to provide for snail mail, forum or chat.
