DCB stands for Direct Caller Billing.
If you haven't intentionally bought anything it's a scam.
Follow the advice in the link to contact the supplier for a refund unless it's a legit charge you have forgotten about.
O2 customer services should also be able to tell you who applied the charge to your account http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

At least you can rest easy now knowing what it is. A gentle word in your son's ear or make sure you tick the box for password needed to make purchases in the Google Play settings 😉
