I have full signal. And I am not recieving any text messages and I am unable to send! Checked my o2 and nothing is wrong with my account

Have you checked your network status here? https://status.o2.co.uk/
I had a similar problem over the weekend but it was network congestion I think. I rebooted my phone a few times and they all came in.
Of your network is ok you may need a new sim?

Try cleaning the sim card with a dry soft cloth.
