Hi I received a text saying o2 was unable to process my last payment, I've been with o2 for nearly 4 years now and this has not been a problem, plus my payments always goes out at the end of the month not in the middle, how do I find out if it's a scam or not?

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.
Other ways to report here including Action Fraud website

O2 never text from a mobile number.
