I recently received a text that said 02 had been unable to process my bill and to avoid charges i should update my payment info. It was from a mobile number 07852498327. Is this a scam or is it genuinely 02? Cheers.

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.
