Received a text message from 07586726448 asking for new direct debit details and link looks like the 02 website 

 

Is it genuine ?

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

It’s a scam and has been reported frequently on here. O2 are supposed to be looking into it, though they obviously haven't managed to shut it down as yet.

 

Do not open it or click on any links

Forward the scam text to 7726  free of charge
