Text I received about upgrade. but order went through

So I called today. and got the voice mail system I received a text.  about an upgrade and the text reads (YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT ELIGABLE FOR A STANDARD UPGRADE).

 

However my Upgrade to 02 refresh went through fine. as the person on 02 told me the phone is now ready to be dispatched. 

 

Does anyone have any idea what this text alert means? 

 

I got the text, when the woman says HERE IS A TEXT ABOUT YOUR UPGRADE.

 

Could this be because I've been moved to 02 Refresh?

It's because you've just upgraded @GamingNerdUK 

You need to wait 30 days before you can upgrade or make any changes.

Oh fab, had me panicing then like I was wondering why the upgrade went through, yet the voice messaging system was sending me that text about the upgrade.
