Hi,
I have transferred one of my personal mobile number from personal account to business account.
The number was on SIM Only.
When I spoke to Customer service they advised me there will be no charge as it is sim only contract.
Now after 14 days of transfer I have received a bill for £294.63 for termination fee.
I haven't terminated the contract I just transferred it to my business.
I am trying to find the information in T&C but I can't get to the point.
I asked O2 to send me copy of my contract and I have been told they dont have one on the system !
What do I do ?

I suggest you speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217/0800 032 5302 Probably no one available on Bank Holiday, so try the numbers tomorrow.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Hi,
The transfer from personal to business is completed.
I am struggling to find anything in T&C which state that I have to pay termination fee if I transfer from personal to business.
Initially I have been advised that there is no extra payments and mobile will be transferred within 5 days.
