Termination bill breakdown?

Please could someone explain how my termination bill will get put together as normally my bill date is 26th but I will be terminating it on the 24th I have that bill to come out and a £5 discount....

Will I have to pay the bill on the 26th that comes out via direct debt on top of my termination?!

Make sure your My O2 shows it as a disconnected account after it's processed.

Your number will transfer across and become the active number but there will still be a dormant account showing in your My O2.

The old one should show disconnected when you log in if it has been disconnected - If it doesn't say disconnected, it isn't wink
