Termination bill breakdown?

Anonymous
Not applicable
Please could someone explain how my termination bill will get put together as normally my bill date is 26th but I will be terminating it on the 24th I have that bill to come out and a £5 discount....

Will I have to pay the bill on the 26th that comes out via direct debt on top of my termination?!

Many thanks!

Yes, the DD will still be taken but you will get a refund of any positive balance once the account is closed.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You would normally get any credit balance returned to the originating account but some people have had to contact customer service to have the funds returned. Keep an eye on it.

Do NOT cancel your Direct Debit until you have a ZERO bill from O2.
