Solved: Terminate contract and transfer number

I want to terminate my pay monthly contract and transfer that number to my new pay as you go number as I have moved abroad for a couple of months and don't want to pay unnecessary money every month. I was told at an o2 shop that I should only call 202 and explain this to them and they will sort it out for me. But now that I am calling this number from abroad it will not dial and I don't know what to do. How can I sort this out?
