Teenage daughter racks up high bill

My teenage daughter who has a phone through me has managed to rack up  more than 150 quid's worth of calls in 2 days!!

Is there anyway you can set an upper limit on a pay monthly phone contract or arrange for a warning message to be sent to the parents phone when excess limits are being reached??

Unfortunately not, O2 cannot cap accounts or add a limit. Your best options are either monitor your from online account (Upto 12 hours behind on recent usage) or call Customer Services to see about an unlimited tariff. It may cost more but better than getting high bills.
