Technical problems at NP4 0YP

Anonymous
Not applicable

There has been a technical issue at NP4 0YP for almost 2 weeks now, and I get updates constantly, the last update was last night to tell me the fault has been resolved, but tested and it's still a problem.

What are your "engineers" doing !!!!!!

Have you rebooted the phone since the fault was reported to have been fixed?

@Anonymous If the problem is just in your area, you can try calling customer service from out of the area, if you can, and report the problem again.http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

The problem may be fixed but they may not have finished testing or turned the mast back on yet.
You can download the My Network app and continue to report the fault from there http://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
You may also want to call CS once service is restored as they may give you a goodwill credit on your account.
