Anyone else find tech support useless? Incoming calls are getting the engaged tone for no reason, outbound calls come up as ‘call failed’ unless (for some bizarre reason) I’m calling 02. Called to get this fixed, was asked a bunch of troubleshooting options from the website I had already tried and when we finally got to the end of the list, the advisor who clearly had no clue ended the call. Happened roughly the same time last year and took a week to fix. I don’t pay a contract for this ****. Anyone know an actual solution?
