What will happen once my tariff ends? Because I've just payed the last payment for my tariff.

If you were paying for a phone and airtime the phone payment will end and the airtime continue till you either leave or renegotiate a new tariff

Airtime only then again it will continue until you action it.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
