my tariff is up in February I wish to stay on the same one but it keeps asking me to upgrade I don't want to happy with the one I have how do I get them to do this for me please

You need to do nothing. If you don't upgrade, your current tariff will keep rolling on a monthly basis.

You don't have to do anything if you are happy with what you have.

Your contract will just continue as is.
