Dear Team,
I have already paid off the plan for the iPhone 13 Pro purchased. But every month it still charges me 22 for airtime bill. I have tried to downgrade the tariff on My O2 account but there are no tariffs with lower prices available. Is there a way that I could cancel this and switch back to pay monthly?

You could switch to a cheaper 12-month SIM-Only contract, @Kelvin_Jia - or move from contract to PAYG, now you have paid off your device plan. Guide: Migration & porting into O2
