Need help, I changed my tariff and when I topped up they charged me for my old one. Has anyone else had this problem and how do I resolve it?

You will need to call customer service on 4445 to get the tariff change checked and changed over.
When and how did you change your tariff?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@AnonymousIf this is a recent change then it may not have changed over as yet. As said, give customer services a call to see whats going on...
