If you go into MyO2 and click on recent orders. it will show the date you started the tariff so you just work it out from that? For instance mine shows I started my current tariff on the 23rd January. As this is a 12 month deal I know I need to renew or change on the 22nd/23rd January 2016

Far too much info I think @Fellwalker If you navigate the MYO2 site and see exactly how much info there is to be had....you will see it would be impossible to get it all on one page

Renewal date is very easy to find in the my o2 app from the drop down menu by selecting my allowances and my tariff.
