Hi, I took a contract out in March fo a year. The first three months where on deal. £15 instead of £30. I was told in store after the three months I would be able to reduce my tariff or change my tariff of o wanted to to continue with a lower monthly payment. I am unable to change the tariff on my account and can not get hold of anyone direct to talk to. I am now paying for the higher contract Which i don’t want. Any advice?

I have tried calling, but all the responses are automated and when I say it’s my tariff I need to sort out the automated answer just sais to change it online. I can never get through to talk to someone direct.

Use the number I gave you. If you are given options, press any (including fraud or lost and stolen)

I know that's not relevant to you but in these times you have to try any option. Once you get through to an advisor, they will deal with your issue.
