I have just changed to travel inclusive does it not kick in until my next bill in jan

As soon as it shows in your MyO2 which is usually after 24 hours.

Yes it is active as soon as the bolt on its showing in My O2and there was a period though that it didn't work at all. Hopefully all resolved now.
