Need help, I changed my tariff and when I topped up they charged me for my old one. Has anyone else had this problem and how do I resolve it?

You will need to call customer service on 4445 to get the tariff change checked and changed over.
When and how did you change your tariff?

@AnonymousIf this is a recent change then it may not have changed over as yet. As said, give customer services a call to see whats going on...
