Hi, can anyone tell me what the time limits are before topping up using the older pay&go tariff which i think is no longer available to new customers

Hi @Anonymous to keep your sim active you have to make a chargeable call (or send a chargeable text) every 6 months and top up every 999 days to keep the sim active.

7.1. If you do not carry out any chargeable activity at least once in any 6 month period your Mobile Phone will be disconnected and you will lose any remaining credits balance on your Account. If you wish to be re-connected after this time you will be given a new Mobile Phone number.

Yes the 6 month call part is quite clear in the terms so going to get the topup part confirmed. No harm in advising people of it in the mean time though :wink:

@Cleoriff@MI5 I've had confirmation that a topup is required every 999 days along with a chargeable activity every 6 months to keep the number active so please continue to advise other members as you have been
