Hi

Cross network to any Uk network. slight_smile

Your tariff info in your Myo2 should confirm this.

Just be aware that some numbers may look like a mobile number but charge. Have a look at Special Numbers - O2

Very good point jonsie. slight_smile

To the OP ~ Their are Apps available that tries to convert these special numbers and I use http://www.saynoto0870.com/ so they can be used by your inclusive tariff minutes.

This is always a confusing scenario and a bit pointless these days, tbh....

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi and welcome to the community. For clarity your 500 minutes will be for any number beginning with 01, 02, 03 and any UK mobile numbers (note that there are a few numbers starting 07 that are not uk mobiles, see the link above).

05, 08 and 09 numbers are NOT included in your allowances.

With the exception of 080880 numbers which are used by some helplines such as macmillan and are always free to call and don't use any minutes
