Tariff internet

Hello, I put £20 on for my pay&go tariff (the one that doubles everything) anyways and my internet still hasn't come on but I put the money on about 7 hours ago, although my texts and calls have been activated, how long will it take for my internet to be activated? thanks!

It shod be up and runing by 24 hours if not then phone o2 on 4445.

Hi,

Turn your phone off and back on which helps to reset the service, and or remove the sim card and wipe it down to remove any static build up.

If after 24 hours the service does not come live then phone 02 on 4445 to ask them to check your account. And check in My02 to check your Pay as You  Go Go Go tariff.

Ensure 3g is turned on in your phone.
