Tariff ends

Hi. My tariff ends 3rd May exactly. Of course I am unable to go to the store to renew and I dont want to do ut online. can I renew if once lockdown in uk is over or will my tariff be automaticaly renew in May for another 24 months? or will it ends and I wont be able to make phone calls etc? should I stop paying for my phone after the last payment in April? or will o2 stop taking payment as its paid off? thank you.

Your tariff just continues on a monthly basis until you decide to upgrade so don't worry @marien1987

@marien1987 If you're on a Refresh contract your device payments will end and your air time will become a one month rolling contract. It will not renew itself for 24 months. When your contract ends you can go onto a sim only contract. Take a look on your My O2 page for options.

I dont want to do it on-line without going to the store as I have bad experience with online service and want to go to the store and check the phone etc. so If I can do it any time after my contract ends I will wait until stores reopen thank you you calmed me down

as long as the covidiots stay off the streets this weekend!!!
