Maybe I'm being thick but where are the easy to understand tariffs for Pay & Go. I put a tenner on a new sim card last month. I haven't used the phone at all and now I've got zero credit? I'm guessing somewhere in the "deal" I've signed up to it says, "Hey sucker, thanks for your money. We'll have that off you in four weeks" but I must have missed that bit?
Do O2 do a tariff that only charges me when I make calls or do all the bundles get zero'd after four weeks?

Thanks for that. I've ordered a sim. If it's a sister company will my iPhone that's locked to O2 work with giffgaff?

Do O2 only do the Big Talker and Big Bundle tariffs now for PAYG?
I thought they used to do a Basic tariff at one time?
