If I was to change my tariff for a less expensive one would I lose o2 switch up.

As the guide shared by @Cleoriff above says, Switch Up is only available with certain Plus Plans: https://www.o2.co.uk/plus-plans - so be sure to end up on a Plus Plan as you move tariff in order to retain Switch Up capability, @Mclaren2704

And note the "Switch Up" Bolt-On is more restrictive in how frequently you can Switch Up than the full Plus Plan version, as per the guide shared by @Cleoriff.  Good luck!

A switch up bolt on no longer exists.

The only way to get switch up is by having a plus plan.

New plus plan customers will be on the new 90 day rule rather than the anytime switch up for those on the original T&C's
