I shifted from virgin mobile to o2 with a contract period of 18 months. I feel the tarifd that i am in are ridiculous to my needs as i dont use much of it and want to lower my tariff. Have been checking the change tariff option but it says there are no available tariffs to change. What does that me and will i be able to lower my tariff. I would also like to change the payment method and i dont see an option to change the bank and name in the section.

Only refresh tariffs can be changed down, if you are not one one then you cant change, and you need to speak to customer services on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from your o2 phone.
