I’ve had an email saying my tariff is changing because the old one is no longer available. The new one is actually more expensive. When I try and change the tariff I only get a choice of five. How can I select a sim only monthly deal and cancel the old one. They won’t speak to me on the phone because I can’t remember my password

If you are on Refresh currently then the device will have to be paid off. However, go into My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and check your upgrade options.

If this is available then you can choose sim only. You will be billed for anything remaining on your current contract .
