Tariff change

Just looked at my usage on my O2 & my data allowance on my tariff has been changed from 100gb per month to 50gb per month??? I’ve never been contacted about this change & I’m still paying the same amount!

Hi @Alexa90 

You must have a discounted tariff. It will show as a bolt on in My O2. When you have used 50gb, the other 50GB will kick in.

O2 made some changes earlier this week to how data use is displayed in the app. 

You still get the same ampunt of data though nut check the date of expiry in your bolt on.

The additional data will end at your contract renewal date.
