Tariff change

Not applicable

Why do I have to cancel and pay off my account with you before you can offer me a better tariff ?

I have two accounts with you (unfortunately didnt realise you offer NHS discount, I work for NHS). One account is fine but the other one the data is being used every month and I want to increase data. I cannot believe that you can only offer something at nearly another £10 per month?

Does keeping a customer mean so little ?

Hi @Anonymous

Just to let you know that you aren't talking to O2 here. This is a customer to customer forum.

Help on NHS discount here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/O2-Open-amp-Friends-and-Family-discounts-How-to-sign-up/ba-p/1020172

and tariff changes can be made in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If your account is due for upgrade, you can keep your phone and switch to a better value sim only deal https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/sim-only-deals#deviceType=phone&contractLength=P12M

If you wish to talk to O2 or even complain about your tariff, you can find contact details here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
