Hi @Anonymous yes you can as long as you aren't looking to downgrade...You can upgrade or add a bolt on. http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Mobile),CASE=51235

Usually all done via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Just go to "change my tariff" in your MyO2.
One change allowed per month.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If I rang customer services would they be able to change my tariff back to the yearly upgrade programme/refresh? Thanks!

Doubtful I'm afraid especially if you don't have a Refresh contract.

Not now that you have upgraded at CPW I'm afraid.
The only way out is to try and cancel with CPW and then take a new contract directly with O2 but CPW don't usually allow cancellations on upgrades, so you'd have to pay off the full amount of the 2 year contract to end it now.

It's worth asking - the worst they can say is "no"
