Tariff change

O2 automatically changed my tariff this morning (I think I might be at the end of my 2 year contract) Now I can't make any calls. When I look at my tariff on my o2 it says I have 0 minutes of calls, unlimited data and 100 text messages. It also says that I can't change my tariff for another 30 days. Anybody experience this / know how to fix this?

@Kitty8 That shouldn't happen. I will ask @O2Lisa to look into this, but she won't be back online until 8 am tomorrow.

Sounds like a data tariff for ipad or tablet

Have you recently purchased anything on your account (maybe upgraded instead of taking out a seperate device plan)?
