I'm still in contract with my handset but I want change my tariff plan. I've been offered a really cheap SIM only deal with sky to help save me money and with current circumstances this is going to be a big help to me. I can see an option to change my tariff but no option to cancel and all my offers are no good. Call volumes are very high so I'm wondering if there's a way round this without having to wait in a queue to speak to an advisor.
Thanks.

Yes you can just request your PAC via text and give this to sky which will cancel your o2 contract and produce the final bill.

@Pigpopkate You'll have to weigh up how much canceling your contract will cost you against what the new sim only will cost. You'll still have to pay off any remaining months on your current contract.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Just text INFO to 85075 to get details on any early termination fees that may be payable.
