Tariff Not Correct...

I've just changed my contract to SIM only.

I went in the O2 shop and was offered 6GB SIM only, unlimited, unlimited for £15 p/m over 12 months.

Got back home went on the O2 app and it now shows as £26 p/m, so I thought the App might be out of date so I logged on here (the site) and it still shows me at £26.00.

Why gives?

Karl

Check the bolt on section of your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 for a discount bolt on.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Bolt on says O2 Travel (Free) only.

Either they haven't updated thie website/app or I've been lied to...

You should see the discount as a bolt on but may have to wait a few days until your bill is produced.

Just phoned up, and O2 said it's something called a "Sweeper", whatever that is?

The guys said it will always appear as £26, but my bill (that is my bank's statement's will show it as £15)

So I guess I'm not going to be the only person phoning up completely confused and to have wasted 30 mins waiting for a person to answer the phone.

Top drawer O2! Thanks...not!

It's how o2 do it and the salesperson should have explained it properly to you.

Many people query discounts, you are probably the third in the past week.

Clearly more training or less apathy required for the people selling these contracts.
