I have requested a change in tariff which is due to take effect on Monday 13th. However, I am also trying to add a one off bolt on to my account as I have run out of data and need a top up before Monday. tried to do this online and it wont let me?

@Sarahdb159 you won't be able to add a bolt on whilst the tariff change is pending.
You'll have to call customer services to add some data for you.
