I would like to get the current £20 a month offer for 100GB data. How can an existing customer get this offer?

If you are already in contract then I would assume not, unless you pay off your current minimum term, and upgrade to a sim only 12mth contract

If you are already a sim only customer you can upgrade in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
