Maybe I am a bit thick, but can some body tell me how to speak to a live person about a PAYG account. I have been trying for an hour and just keep going round in circles with automated response, I have called 4444 4445 2202 but nothing seems to work.

Also the time you ring is also a factor. I have been on PAYG and Contract and always find phoning between 8-8.30am is the best time ...
