I have a huge bill even though I didn’t leave o2 when I changed my phone. I’m trying to ring, text, chat anyway at all to “talk” to o2 about it but it’s impossible! Messaging is off and they will only talk on the phone about upgrading. Nothing else. What is going on??

Calling 0800 587 4005 is the best one to try currently.

Im having problems recieving phone calls, my phone plus the tone on the other end for who’s calling me only rings twice then it goes to answer phone, its not the signal because both partys have been in various different locations to try. How can i get my phone to ring for longer
