I’ve just tried to order a phone, it’s taken the £20 upfront cost from my bank and as I got to the delivery option, logged me out!! I’ve got an email saying my baskets been saved but that crashes too, so it wants me to reorder my basket but I don’t want to pay the upfront cost again!!

Hi @Meganjenkins11

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

@Meganjenkins11

The upfront cost will be "pending" which means it's just been held by your bank and not actually transferred to O2.

O2 won't cal for the money so it will return to your cleared funds in 5 to 10 days depending on your banks policy.

You can confirm this is "pending" by talking to your bank.

You can safely reorder without paying twice.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Contact the sales team first to make sure, as the app crashed as it was going through, we have no idea what happened. You have to contact them anyway if you want to order the phone to be on the safe side, You certainly wont want two devices, or none at all.
