Hello,

My ex is on my brothers friends and family. My brother has left o2. However I don’t want my ex to have this privilege anymore. How do I get it off?

thank you

It won't change until the contract is changed or upgraded.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@hermoineshairIf your brother has left O2 then his friends and family discount will cease. Therefore your ex will no longer be eligible.

It's your brothers account and I believe you said he is no longer with O2? So his contract has ended. It wont be changed or upgraded. I was always let to believe when the contract ended, the benefits ceased.

Amazing the way things change. 🙄

The brothers benefits have ended but not the accounts linked to it until they change.
